yes you are right...there is no civic sense,especially in India. it is really sad to see people smoke in no smoking areas,public areas. people don't care about the country.some are not aware of why dustbins are used. the whole system is a joke.as soon as you find that new roads are built the PWD decides to dig up the place for some weird reason.Its all about the money. Sad to say that we are not actually proud...but only Indians.No wonder people want to go abroad as soon as they get a chance.The only thing we can be proud of is the fact that brave warrior freedom fighters have battled for the country to see it free.nothing and absolutely nothing else. As you mentioned the smoke you inhaled is more dangerous that what he inhaled.so in fact you are in more danger.You might wanna look out ramesh because if this happens everyday then you might be in a problem.but having said that there is nothing we can do now is there???

Passive smoking is more harmful than actual smoking.On the road sides you can't avoid it.But in buses,you can ask them not to smoke.You have the rights.Because,it is now banned to smoke in public places.Why should not you raise your voice in buses as you can get more support favoring you.Cheers!
