this month? Feb. for me: My birthday, Valintine's Day, my brother's birthday, hubby and my anniversary, mother-n-law's birthday, a meeting, recertification of my disability with an hour plus test. Have to renew my car registration, too. Your turn.

My February is filled with doctor appointments, getting ready for my gallbladder surgery on February 26th, then I have to be at the eye doctor on February 28, for the eye surgery that I will have on March 11th. February 27 is also payday this month of which it will be hard to get out and pay bills with just having surgery. Seems it never stops. February 3 brought my grand daughter's 15th birthday, the 20 is my grandson's and 25 is a friends daughter's birthday. Yes February is a busy month.

Thank you for the good luck on gallbladder, I don't know why this scares me so much, hubby had it year before last and son last year. I have one more eye surgery to go through and it will be over.

I had one operation that scared me and it ended up being more complicated than they thought, but I ended up just fine. Just make sure to ask them when you come to if they had to cut you more places than they originally intended, the first time I used a muscle I didn't know they had cut, I screamed! But other than that, I was fine. Just ask them if they have to do more what exactly they did. They weren't supposed to cut a muscle in my chest, but they couldn't get a good view of my gallbladder. So when I went to to to the bathroom the first time, I used both arms to pull myself up by the bed bars and that was bad. Other than that, no difference from any other operation I had. Sleep, wake up, press a button for pain killer. Sleep, wake up, go bathroom, but ask for a bed pan this time. Etc. You must be very anxious to get the eye operation done so you can see. Take care.

Yes, I think we need to start planning more and not just saying we're going to do it. The things we do have to do it aren't that important though. Just hanging out with friends, although we're going to have to make an appointment to see the interim pastor at the church we plan to get married at.

My husband and I will be having a very busy month also! My dad and grandpa had birthdays already this month, and then of course Valentine's Day, then our two year anniversary the next day! My husband just got restationed, so we just moved across the country to his new duty station over the weekend, and now we're working on finding housing this week. Once we have a permanent place to live, we'll have to have our household goods delivered, and then I'm planning to look for a job here. I'll be really glad when it is all over and we're settled in!

My dad was born on Feb 3rd and my friend Elaine, was born on Feb 6th. So, I really don't have much going on in Feb. Since they have both passed on, I really don't have much going on. my busy time is in the fall.

I'm sorry to hear that they both passed on. Spring and Fall are my busiest times, usually. But it depends on the year. Thanks and take care.

I'm busy this month as well...because, I'm fixing my requirements for my new work which will start in March. And it sucks cause I have a problem with my T.O.R [transcript of records]...so I'm definitely busy. *sighs*

I have one evening I'm going to babysit for our new grandbaby is all I know for sure. I always offer but think our daughter is just having so much fun with the baby she doesn't want to leave her. I go visit our daughter, about 20 minutes from us, on a regular basis just to get my hands on that little cutie. I also encourage our daughter to run errands and leave the baby with me. She does once in awhile. I do have a bridal shower towards the end of the month. My husband's cousin's daughter is getting married in a couple of months. That's about all the excitement I have going on for the month of February. Happy birthday and happy anniversary, carolbee

And you are cramming all of this into the shortest month of the year....it sure is a good thing the days are getting longer! I have a 6700 sq. ft. home that I am painting the interior of (over & above my other jobs) and it has to be done by the 22nd....hence you see me posting at 4:23 a.m.! Happy Birthday..Amethyst!

Thank you for the Birthday congrats. I feel all purple now! It's not doing stuff that concerns me, it's the bills that I have to pay and our school has one week a year off during February. Next week. I'm even more worried because I only have had one day of work this week. And the first week after a vacation, usually in the contract, penalty if they take more days off because they can't get enough subs in and the Principal can only sub one class. So probably two weeks, one without any days and another maybe one day. Not sure how I'm paying bills this month. Good luck on all that painting! take care and don't inhale any fumes!

I am more concerned, being alone and falling off the ladder, some parts of the ceiling are vaulted, so 2 stories high! This one time I am taking my cell phone with me....as it is a remote home on 10 acres! Beautiful home, on the side of a lake, but with views of the ocean beyond! Cheers!
