I make chicken lots of different ways! My husband and I eat quite a bit of chicken, so I try to find ways to give it more variety. I often make baked chicken with different types of breading and different seasonings to change it up. I also make chicken pot pie and chicken and dumplings.

My wife is the one who cooks. Me and my son loves chicken so much that my wife has a lot of marvelous ways to cook it. Well of course fried is the best for kids really loves friend chicken. we barbeque it also she marinates it over night. She sometimes cook it owht noodles or with pasta. She also make soups good for a stormy day. we dont have an oven but i know that if we have one there are more cool ways to cook chicken.

Yes, i think chicken is our (hubby and i ) main source of meat since we seldom cook beef. I do cook a lot and what i prepare for chicken is adobo and sometimes chicken curry the way my husband taught me how to cook it. I also like Chicken Tandoori, and we use to buy that in a nearby restaurant since i can't prepare that because it needs to be grilled and i don't have an oven too. I also like to cook Fried Chicken as long as it was marinated first with salt, pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice. You can also try to add flour so it will be crunchy to eat.

Wow, sounds good. You guys manage so well without ovens. I guess I take mine for granted because I have always had one. Good on you!

Usually, I bake it even though fried chicken is tasty. I don't have very good luck with making fried foods. I also pan cook chicken too. I love chicken curry, and I like all kinds of chicken. My current faves include chicken chili and chicken pizza.

There are lots of ways I do with chicken. My children love to eat chicken cooked in soya sauce with lots of big onion and ginger. This is one dish that is fast and delicious. It is a finger licking food, very appetizing.

I love roast, baked, steamed and fried chicken. I can cook the first 3 at home; but not fried chicken. I hate the oil splatters and the smells left behind; so I usually get my fried chicken from KFC,

I agree about the fried chicken plus KFC is so delicious - who could compete with their recipe! I also enjoy their mash 'n gravy and coleslaw.

Which parts of the chicken do you boil? Do you fry it just with some oil? How do you serve it? Nice sounding recipe.
