i'm running small company. i'm the only one person in charge. my company responsible for servicing computer and printer for big government agency. what is your suggestion to perform better and getting a trust from those party? any idea is much appreciated. really..

i think that you must answer fast any any call and resolv the problem a.s.a.p . That will make you a lot of troubles with your employers, but will increase the trust in your company. You sould offer an 30 days guarantee or more, depending of the machine, after each reparation. This will be good for your company.
