How to install games in samsung sgh-m620?

I have been trying hard to install some games for my mobile samsung sgh m620. I have the files with extension jar and jad as need and they are loaded in phone already. But when I try to install the file, it displays, JAVA IO Exception Error? Does anyone have the solution to install game via USB in samsung sgh-m620?
