If you have put effort to try helping somebody on something but it doesn't seem he/she particularly like it and accept it, will you just let go? I have been trying to help somebody to qui smoking but what I exchange for is a tones of frustration and hurtful response. If I don't care about this person, I wouldn't even bother asking him to quit. I can see cigarette is one of the things make him happy and smile, I feel really upset about that, I want him to smile but I don't want that crab is gradually killing him. What can I do? Should I just let go? :-(

if he is ur bf/husband then you should continue with your efforts and when u try to give up smoking irritability is first thing you have plus you have withdrawal symptoms and the guy can get angry and can fight a lot for no reason.
