So they're not leaving?

I am hoping both of them would still be around. Although I had higher hopes that O'Malley will be around still but not with Izzie. But with what you are saying right now and with the article you provide gives hope. So if this gonna succeed, how they gonna turn the tide back? And that would mean Izzie won't die? Or would this be another mis-diagnosis? I am wondering how they really gonna do it. Crossing fingers at this moment.

I hope they are just rumors. I have started losing interest in just about every storyline except for Izzy's and if she leaves, I probably will quit watching. Unless they give Intern Steve (Mark Saul...I think Christina calls him #2??? With the curly black hair and big blue eyes...the one whose appendix the interns were going to remove before Sadie volunteered) a bigger part. He's adorable and my kind of eye candy

The show does have a bit of a soap opera history. Remember all the stuff about the comments one actor, since "fired", made about Knight being gay for instance. That was a true situation which they tried hard to cover over but eventually the firing happened. So who knows about this one. They had better clean up Heigl's character and not have the ghost come back, right now with her character the way it is, it is a drag on the show.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see...

Hey Reesers! I really don't care if they both leave or not at this point! T.R. Knight does nothing for the show anyway! I don't care for him at all! As for Katherine Heigl, I like her, but if she isn't happy the let her go! She wants to do movies! If I were here I would just keep quiet already! She hasn't been in any really great movies yet!

i don't really believe all the rumors that go around about tv shows because half the time they are true and half the time they arent..i just wait and watch what happens. i find it easier that way but i do LOVE grey's anatomy!

Thanks for the link. I actually posted a discussion about them leaving the show and now, all of a sudden they're not. I read about it on Reuters.com, you know, about James Pickens Jr.'s comment and anyone who read it would say that he is saying that both are leaving. Well anyways, glad to know that it's not true coming straight from Shonda Rhimes. I guess they work on some kind of settlement. I haven't seen George much lately in the show though and Izzie's story line is a bit uninteresting, well, at least for me, that's my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I love the two of them and am glad that they're to stay.

Woww. That whole situation is a mess. My mom told me the other day she read online, (I'm guessing yahoo) That Katherine Heigl said herself, that she was leaving But oh well. That's great news!
