Yes I have and it was great. Wonderful support and help if you go to the meetings regularly. Try to sign up with a buddy, that way, you have extra support. Going to that first meeting alone can be hard. It is worth it though.

I haven't been in a while and trying to decide whether to go back. I know it works, but just not motivated to go back.

Yes I joined weight watchers about 3 years ago and i got to my ideal weight 6 months later, i still go to the meetings now because i have some friends in the meetings and also it encouages me to keep the weight off. I would def encouarge it as to get the support is wonderfull and defently makes it a lot easier to loose weight from the courage and strengh that you recieve from all of the other people that is in the same boat as you

Yes! I'm a member right now :) Weight Watchers rocks! I'm a little annoyed with myself because I've been slacking lately. I only joined the Weight Watchers Online program (which is still amazing), but I really think I need the meetings to be completely successful. I wouldn't mind going alone - the thing discouraging me is the cost. As a college student, I'm already struggling just to get by. I need to lose between 35 and 50 more pounds (I've never been thin, so I don't know how I'll look at different weights... I want to be a healthy weight, but I still want my curves!)... I've already lost 56 - yay! Now if I could just get back on track............ haha...

I have done it before and met my goal weight and maintained it to become a lifetime member. It's been a while and I've gained some back and just trying to talk myself into going and doing it again....since I know it works.

I absolutely recommend it. Weight Watcher is a sensible way to lose weight-no fad dieting there.

No way! I had a friend who joined weight watchers and it turned into an OBSESSION. She is anorexic now. She weighs about 100 pounds and is still dieting. :(
