Which side do you prefer while waking up in the morning....right or left?

I prefer the left side and that's because if I wake up on my right side I face my brother. He's the last thing I want to see when I wake up.

hello krupesh i really haven't given it much thought, but i always sleep on the right hand side of the bed, because it is more convenient to get out of the bed on that side because there is more room on that side of the bed than on the left side of the bed, but i always get out of the bed in the mornings or when that i might happen to take a nap, from the right hand side of the bed. and i am also right handed. lol wonder if that has anything to do with me liking to sleep on the right hand side of the bed as well? lol who know's? i also like sleeping on the right hand side of the bed like that because i have a night stand that is right beside of my bed that i have a small lamp on, the cordless phone and a book. take care and have a beautiful evening.

I have no preferences at all. Sometimes I sleep on the right and sometimes on the left so in the morning it varies. The important is when I get out of bed I don't get out from the wrong side

i got no option but to wake up on right side as i got a single bed in my room which has its left side on the wall so i got to get up from bed on right side. and i usually sleep on my back so no side is fav.

Actually, your mom is right. It is good for your health. When I go to bed, I prefer the right side,but sometimes, it is uncomfortable,and I will select other side.Anyway,When I am sleeping, I always move, even my head is end of the bed.So don't worry about it although it is better. Just select a comfortable position that make you fall on sleep.

Right side :) For some reason I'm usually more comfortable when I wake up on my right.
