hello ljbinkop
i am sorry to have heard that you got drunk and got the hiccups. do you still have the hiccups? and yes, i have a great cure for the hiccups that works every time. all that you need to do is eat a spoonful of any kind of peanut butter that you may have on hand at your house and then drink a glass of water to rinse it down. wait about ten to fifteen minutes if that long, and your hiccups will be gone. i had read this home remedy for the hiccups before somewhere and i have tried it several different times and it has always worked for me. also, if somebody scares you, catches you off guard like that, that works every time to cure those dang hiccups also. i hope that you try the peanut butter in getting rid of your hiccups. you could also try to hold your breath for ten seconds and then start breathing again. sometimes that will work on curing my hiccups as well.
take care and have a beautiful evening.

Apply pressure to the spots just above your eyes, press firmly, and hold for 30 seconds. If you cannot apply enough pressure, ahve someone else stand behind you and do it. I am not sure why this works, but I know that it does. I used it on a girl I worked with many times, and it always worked withut fail.

If holding your breath doesn't work, try drinking a full glass of water down all at once without stopping. :D I *think* it works to re-align your diaphragm.
