I don't know about Netscape, but I tried Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera. Internet Explorer is the worst, BUT it's the one with less technical problems. Why? Because it's the most used browser on earth and not every webmaster managed to create their websites all-browsers compatible. I think soon enough all these problems will get covered though, and Internet Explorer won't have not even that "quality" on its part. Firefox, very very good, we've got extensions, we've got features and we've got logic. There's some bug here and there, but it's a very good browser. Opera. It's the one I'm using now. I think it's the best. And I'm talking about features and other unedit stuff such as mouse gestures, voice libraries, etc... Everyday I discover something new. The only thing that disappointed me is the fact that I can't seem to find the Temporary Files folder for this browser. Actually, I found one, but it's weird and doesn't seem to have everything it should be there. Other than that, it's the best to me.

Firefox. I think Opera is technically better, but Firefox has extensions.

Hi makemoney, I am currently using opera as my main browser. It is much faster when compared to other browsers. I like the overall speed performance of it. It has fast execution especially when returning back from previously visited pages. It is safe to use too. It has widgets like the add-ons of mozilla. Overall, I am so impressed and grateful with my opera browser. However, I also used mozilla and IE rarely if I needed them. Have a nice day and God speed!

Opera is better, but I find Firefox quite stable. One of the worst is internet explorer (IE), but Slim brower is quite okay with lesser glitches than IE. Netscape-well I haven't used it in maybe 6-7 years, been an active internet user since the past 8-9 years. I did download Netscape once, but my computer service engineer asked me to uninstall it a couple of years ago. It was slow, and though I had broadband even then, I used it only twice. I don't know how well or badly it works now.

initially i felt ie was the best. But once when moved to firefox i felt it was the best. It offers lot of flexibility as it is opensource and the number extension/addons available for it turns it into a very handy browser. Even websites load very fast when compared with ie. I never tried opera. i tried ie7 it is good looking and websites also load faster but it uses a lot of ram and virtual memory.

Maybe Firefox is better but I still use IE as my main browser, waiting to see the new IE& and how it will be, I'm not in a hurry to install it, for now I'm happy with IE6 and also use Firefox sometimes for tab browsing like here at mylot as I use it now. I tried Opera before but that was years ago, I didn't like it much back then, I'm sure it must have improved a lot by now but I feel no need to install and test another browser.

Firefox is the best. We have no reasons to use IE instead of Firefox.

nope. firefox is almost a rip-off of Opera. The features that we get to see are what Opera introduced ages ago. If you want to get a feel of how Firefox would be in the future, you should check out Opera. For some reason, Opera isn't as popular as it ought to be. :-( Check out the comparison below, and you would see how Opera wins hands down. B-)

I use Mozzila Firefox. Very easy to use, and great options and great plugins.
