Apple cidar vinegar,is it really good for health?

years ago my mother had a very old little book on Apple Cider Vinegar, it had a lot of good information in it...My experience with it was I used to suffer from migraine headaches, three days every month I lived in pain...until someone suggested apple cider vinegar in water every morning, just a little in an eye glass with water, while I kept this up I never had a headache but when I got a bit lax and didn't take it I would get them back...my sister who also suffered started on it and it worked for her as well and also she lived in a country area where I think the water was not the best and the rest of her family would suffer a lot of stomach problem, they wouldn't take the cider but my sister was the only one in that family that never suffered upsets, headaches or colds, she used to say it tasted so awful bugs left her alone...I think apple cider vinegar is the best thing ever but tastes awful...
