How many of you keep up with your E-mail?

How many of you keep up with your E-mail? Do you have a streamlined email that you check frequently, weeding out what isn't needed and putting other things in specific folders, or are you like me, go in there all in one day and steam roll through it all (hard for someone like me who no longer likes to do one task at once, even on the computer)?

I just delete all the junk and leave the rest in the inbox. Half of the time, I don't even read the ones that I say that I will.

It can take awhile to delete the junk. Plus, for say the freecycle - I get hundreds each day, so I really need a separate account for that. Or I'd never see the personal mail.
For sweepstakes too, there are so many a day an you need to check each daily - including spam folder because in many cases you have a very limited time (sometimes twenty four hours) to claim your prize. I certainly wouldn't have wanted to miss out on the prizes I've won and will win in the future. So for me, its just easier.

Oh also, do you delete junk mail on a daily basis or all at once? Do you check your spam folder to see if important emails slipped through?I know for sweepstakes you have to, because sometimes winning E-mails go through to spam.

ya i check my email once in an hour i store all e-mail and i did not delete even a single mail till now i move all the unwanted mails in to a folder created my be so i keep my inbox empty but still i have all the mails

I go to all my addresses daily The only time I don't is when I am sick or it is a holiday.
