breakfast,do you have it everyday?

breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day,but in daily life,many people maybe busy or other reason,they can not eat breakfast everyday,do you have breakfast everyday ?

yes,breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day........in our daily life,even i am so busy but i alway have my breakfast everyday.........i know it is very important for our health......have a nice day..

yes,you are right,breakfast in one of the most important meals of the day.......in our daily life,even we are so busy but we also should insist on eat our breakfast,i agree with your opinion..........

No, I don't eat breakfast every day. At the moment I am desperate to lose weight and so I am eating just one meal a day. I will drink a coffee at breakfast time and drink some cocao or a cup-a-soup at lunch and then I'll have a proper dinner in the evening. Many health experts and nutritionists say you should or even must eat breakfast because it helps to kick-start your metabolism etc, but I am seldom hungry first thing in the morning. If you disect the word breakfast you'll see it is made up of the words 'break and fast'. I don't believe we have to break the fast of the night first thing in the morning. We can have break the fast at lunch and just have brunch, or like me we can choose to break the food fast even later and eat in the evening.

I am one of those people you are talking about hehehe. I don't like waking up early in the morning so I don't get to have time to eat breakfast, but when I do have the time, I try my best to eat breakfast because sometimes I get too busy at work that I eat my lunch late and by that time I am already soo hungry.

Nope...it has been long since i had my breakfasts (around 10 years ago), life has become so busy and hectic that there is no time for breakfast, i know that breakfast is the main meal in a day, but then, cannot practise it, now it has become a habit that even when i am free, i dont like to have my breakfast, i feel hungry only when it nears lunch time

everybody know breakfast very important for health,but nobody can guarantee have breakfast everyday............it is really difficult for everybody.......happy mylotting and have a nice day..

yes,it is true,sometimes we are really so busy no enough time eat breakfast,but i insist on eat my breakfast........sometime i am really so busy,but i can buy some breakfast eat on the way..........have a nice day.

Breakfast is the first meal of the day, preceding lunch or dinner and is typically eaten in the morning. Many nutritionists consider breakfast a very important meal, since it provides vital nourishment and energy for starting the day. so we should not skip breakfast every day . thanks for starting this discussion. i sometimes eat bread toasts or hot dogs. and sometimes i eat noodles. other than this we have many breakfast items in india, called idli with sambhar,dosa(rice crepes),upma, vermecelli upma, pesarattu,poori,chapathi,parata,vada,uttappam(like pancake),ragi dosa,poha upma,dokla,dahi vada,missi roti,kachori,curd rice, lime rice,tamarind rice,sabudana kichidi etc .we make each day one variety of above breakfast items i have told.Indian breakfast recipes are plenty. i can;t skip breakfast any day, i will take it at 10 o clock each day and afterwards i will do other work .

of course breakfast is very important for everybody's health.i eat my breakfast every day,even sometime maybe so busy......but i still insist on take breakfast....that is my habit.

yes,breakfast is very important for our health,in our life,sometime we are so busy can not guarantee every day eat breakfast for most of the people,but even so busy,i also should keep our habit to eat breakfast......it is really good for your health.
