Wow! 35 years old, I figured I would see this day, but somehow it seemed so far away. I plan to relax, get my favorite cake of German Chocolate, have some neopolitan ice cream, enjoy my friendships that I've been blessed. My wife and children have some sort of surprise waiting for me when I get home. My co-workers, baked me a homemade German Chocolate cake, gave me some money (who can't use that, HA!), balloons, and a kite (it's a inside office joke.). The cake was simply scrumptious! Very moist and yummy. My brother even sent me a birthday card and some money. All this time I thought he was upset with me(that's another discussion). So, I am spending my birthday, pretty much how I have imagined it for this year at least. Do you know how you will spend your birthday this year? ~ and which age will you celebrate?

Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you. So good to hear that you are or did have a great birthday. It was so nice of your co workers to celebrate with you. that German Chocolate cake sounds yummy, just don't eat too much My birthday is in July, at this point I have no plans whatsoever, I just hope God blesses me to still be above ground on that day. Again, happy birthday, and may this coming year of your life be filled with God's grace and mercy. Be blessed.

I'm sure he will as you continue to seek him. Thanks for the BDAY shout out. The cake is all gone. No I didn't eat it all, but I did eat my share.

That sounds wonderful! German chocolate cake is my dad's favorite. My entire family likes it, except for me. I'm not a fan of coconut. I'll be turning 28 on March 1st. I'm not really sure what I'll be doing. It will be a good day though. Hope your birthday turned out fabulous!

I think I won't be eating coconut for a while. I made the mistake of allowing my wife to fix me a meal with lemon herbed coconut chicken, kinda like a cassarole dish, it almost made me want to gag, because of all of the coconut flavoring in it. It's not a dish she prepared from scratch.

Happy Birthday. I see it is already off to a great day for you. Don't eat too much of that cake and ice cream. All your friends and family is making sure you enjoy your birthday. Good you must be a very happy person today. I will probably spend my birthday here at home on this computer all alone. Maybe one or two people will remember and call and say Happy Birthday. As for all the celebration I don't think that will happen.

Thanks for the bday welcome. You birthday sounds sooo sad, unless it is how you want to spend it. My wife arranged for a surprise online card game party, where I could talk trash, play card games and interact with those close to me, but didn't have to do any clean up! Boy I had a blast. That was a very innovative and thoughtful gift that I didn't expect. Maybe you can do something similar, if you're into card games, etc...
