chinese cet-4 and cet-6

does it mean i am lucky for passing both of them in the first year? nice to c u here

I don't think so. I graduated from a university at 2004, I remember that there are about 8-10 people don't pass the CET-4 including me. Actually, we have a little disadvantage to find a job. But finally, we all find job even not good. More than 4 years passed utill now, one of a student without CET-4 have had own foreign trade corporation and I also work on a foreign company for two years. Except that, almost all of my classmates without CET-4 work good, not bad than who have CET-4 and CET-6. Certainly, I mean is not who better than who, just said that it is not a absolute standard.

Even in the Philippines, education does not determine someone's success. Although education does help a person acquire more opportunities, there's still the element of luck - of being at the right place and at the right time, a person's business instincts - they can't teach you in school or test you on what to invest on the best. hi,zaihezhinan, i am also a chinese, i konw cet-4 and cet-6 well,you are quite right.these two examinations are important for chinese college students,they will be not graduate if not pass the exams.but i think the ability of using english is more important for them in finding jobs.

It is really. If you can not pas CET-4,you will not find a job.But the CET-6 is not so important.I cannot pas my CET-6, but I will try my best to pass it ~!
