-Forgot to zip my zippers
-My pants sewing burst while i'm on my way to work.

During my first exposure to the hospital setting when I was still a student nurse, I accidentally spilled the medicine that I was supposed to give to my patient. The worst thing was that it spilled into my patient,and his face was really wet. it was really horrifying and embarassing! The good thing was my patient was a really nice person that he just laughed at my reaction and i said, "I'm really sorry sir, don't worry I'll replace the medication". And I went hurriedly into the pharmacy to buy the same medication. whoa!!!!

LOL once I almost bumped into my crush. I mean from the front.. :$ it was freakin embarrassing man happy lottin and have a nice day
