Gaining Weight is one of the most dangerous hazards to human life. Can anyone tell me how to reduce weight. If we go to Gym , we are able to develop the body , but when we leave it , the body becomes bulky.

Exercise is great but we also need to learn to change the eating habits that got us to the weight we are. We can use fad diets, diet pills and supplements, as well as herbal remedies to lose weight, but as soon as we return to our former eating habits, we regain any weight we have lost.
