I usually talk to my friends and my family members when I am feeling down, that's it. It really helps.

Then i can easily say one thing.. you don't have as good a friend as I do ... You should accept good people as your friends. Your choice might not be as good as mine but still try.

Well Its different to different people, never helped me that way, being alone and relaxing is a good way I feel... Have a nice time!!!

most of the time i will keep myself away from all activities, discussion s etc. and try to keep on finding te solution to the problem . the thoughts will keep on till i am able to release my tension. i will try to move out alone for long hours. and spend time in some park or some such place.

Hi there Neha! When I am really upset, I try to cry to release everything that I feel inside. If I can't, I try to watch TV, music videos, or look for someone whom I can talk to, usually through text message. I think that the most important thing is to get what's making you upset out.

Whenever I am upset I just try to remain alone. It is the best thing because when we are upset we are either sensitive or angry. We might burst out and cry or we can shout at someone in anger. These are overall things when someone is upset.

hi,i used to remember my childhood days and remind our childhood friends activities...Those give me relief when i was in bad mood.Sometimes i will take 2 pegs of scotch..

Hello neha2k94u! When I am upset over something, all I want to do is just lay down and think about everything. I try to weigh now what happen. I actually don't want to do anything. I'm real lazy during those times.

Listening happy songs when my hearts fall lower.Happy songs could improve the mood turns good.The funny jokes also makes me have a happy smile.Talking with others about some common interesting topic can disperse unpleased moods.Sometimes, people needs communication with each other,it can help us loss Upset.

think about the time you feel a negative emotion,like stress,anger or frustration,what is going through your mind as you are going through that negativity? is your mind cluttered with thought? or is it paralyzed, unable to think? if you feel angry,stressful or frustrated,immerse yourself in the negative emotion,allow that emotion consume you.once you have allowed yourself to be totally consumed in the emotion and really feel it,you will find the emotion clears rather quickly

when I meet this case ,i like go out alone,sometime walk to the quiet place.others,I like drinking in mini-bar around my school.most unhappy,the day and night on my bed.hope make friends with you . you look very attractive...
