Do You Clean Your Desktop Unused Icons???

Def clean my desktop otherwise it looks messy and later I cant find anything Im looking for, keep it neat and tidy like you house and you will find a place for everything. have a great day!!

I used to clean my desktop of unused icons but now what I do is I have a folder on my desktop which has all the shortcuts and icons to programs that I've installed. I've read somewhere that having too many icons on your desktop actually slows the start-up time of your pc, that's why I only have 6 icons on my desktop all the time. Have a good one.

There are only 4 icons on my desktop! I used to have icons all over my desktop. It was very messy and hard to find things.

yeah sometims cuz overtime they get a lot of apps there n then it gets hectic happy lottin and have a nice day

I will delete them or place them in a new folder once in every fifteen days, if they are not used frequently.In my family we are 4 members ,will use the system. Even if such icons are used frequesntly, I will place them in separate folders in the name of indivusual who are using it very ofetn, so that they can open their folder when requirede and use them.

I usually keep unused icons in my desktop. In fact, I sometimes make initials of my name from those icons, well actually my first name only cause i don't like to keep too many icons in my desktop since its kinda messy for me

I don't clean my desktop unused items always.At the end of the month if have many icons on the desktop then i will delete it.Since the desktop looks very shabby for me.I get a small icon on when start up to clean the desktop but i just ignore it.I always like to have a clean desktop because it has a calendar and i can view my dates comfortably.

It's usually my hubby who cleans it up for us... :)

Yes I do that. Either when I get it automatically or when I see my desktop cluttered with icons.

Yes,my desktop is very clean.There are only useful icons,like some softs often used.

I do clean up my Desktop icons, but I do it. I do not let that program do it for me. How would it know what I want to keep and what I do not. Seems to me, that if I want it done, I should do it, so I do. I put things into files on my desktop and keep things sorted this way. It looks very clean. I do this at least once per month. More if I download a lot of things.

i like as much as icon appears in my desktop

Not really,,but when the computer asks me if i would like to delete unused desktop icons,,i will clean it up at that time. Even i don't like keeping icons on the desktop but i am a bit lazy in doing so....!!lol
