How good you are in remembering the names of people who are not your friends but whom you have met in some gatherings ,common place etc?

I am not that good at remembering names. It also takes me a long time to remember a name and I have to be friends with the person if im not friends with the person then I probally wont remember the name. Which I know a lot of people remember my name but I hardly remember them.

In a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is the highest and 1 as the lowest, I would say I'm at the level 5. I cannot remember people's names, not unless that person became a very close friend of mine. Sometimes I interchange their names and it leads to further confusion not only to my part but to the other person as well.

I am bad in remembering names. In this respect, hearing is not much use, names are not remembered unless read in writing. But for people who have the ambition to be influencial or have potential for a leader, they have to develop the ability to remember names, to show their concern, attention, appreciation, recognition, or whatever to develop their personality traits.

Hello there meetvivek. Honestly i am not good in remembering names or even remembering anything that just come and go or like events. I do have memory gap that sometimes I just pick what I want to remember. Special people, events, memories in my life, and stuff. I am so choosy :))

i am not good at remembering names, much more matching the names with the faces especially if i only get to meet the person once then will meet him/her again after some time. i am also not good at remembering if 5 or more people are introduced at the same time.

I'm not really good in remembering names especially if it's just an acquaintances. If I hate the person, I tried to forget the name because I find it "horror" or "nightmare" (LOL). If the places aren't good to remember, I would rather go somewhere else and try to forget it.

If I'd range it from 1 to 5, 5 being the highest. I'd say 2. I'm not very good with familiarizing names. Even faces. The only way for me to remember you is to have an "impact" to me.
