What to fix a 12 month old for lunch?

I'm tring to get my 12 month old off baby food. Any good ideas on what I could fix him for lunch? Thanks!

fruit cocktail..it's already little bananas cut up spaghetti o's applesauce almost anything as long as it is cut up my 15 month old never liked baby food, so we always put real food in the chopper and ground it up for her

There is aleays instant mashed potatoes and you could mash up green bean. How about mashing canned spaggetti? Thats what I did for my children. Just took left overs and made sure they were mashed good.

Start him out on some pasta, tender meat (like veal or something) and fruit.

Macaroni and cheese is appealing to many little munchkins that size! It's easy to eat, and also filling. :) Good luck!!!
