Do you talk to God before getting out of bed?

If you trust God and value your relationship with Him, do you pray before your feet hit the floor? Do you pray before you start your day? How important is it to you to spend time with Him right off the start?

I do not regularly pray before getting out of bed, but our family meets every morning for a devotional time before we go out to face the world!

I guess what I'm saying is more like do you talk to God when you discover you are awake in the morning laying there in bed? Do your first waking thoughts go heavenward? I'm talking more of relationship or fellowship than an actual on your knees ritual or one's personal or family devotion time. I am asking about the first thoughts of your waking day. Are they prayer thoughts or busy thoughts?
Someone of humble yet mighty status in the Lord once told a group where I was attending, to reach to the Lord in prayer to guide and direct my day, before my feet hit the floor. I have felt it good advice. So that's what I am trying to ask in this discussion question. What are you first daily thoughts?
