Can't get through HELIUM account

There could be a problem with the Helium website. This sometimes happens when there are too many people trying to get in or if there is a server update. Cheers!!

It appears that they have fixed whatever it is that was causing this. I was able to log in just now.

I was able to log in today right after I read this. Shoot an email off the help@helium.com, maybe they can tell you why you couldn't log in. It could be they were doing a site upgrade or something and it is fixed now.

just got straight in here - but I am always logged in even when page not opened

I have had no difficulty today, but I never logout of Helium, so that may be why the site is working for me. I have seen several posts on the Helium community message boards from people who are having difficulties. If you wait a while I'm sure the problem will be fixed.

Even I can't login and it gives a weird message of new upcoming sites for specific regions and languages every time I am trying to login. Hope things get sorted out soon.

I too had a peoblem today and in fact right now I typed out helium in search discussions to get to this topic.I did guess it would haev been a glitch with the syatem and I thought then someone would have asked this question in a discussion. May be there is a problem today in the site and it should get settled.

Same here. I can't get in for some reason. The last time I managed to log in successfully was yesterday night. The Helium forum is still working though and I can't find anything on the forums to indicate why this is so.

I can't log in too. A message says they are adding a new feature to their site .I hope , they would be done anytime soon,I have to request for payout, if my computations are correct i would be earning more or less $ 50 from this month's promotion. Happy mylotting.

Maybe because I was still logged in early this morning (I posted an article around 3am) and didn't log out, that's why I was still able to access my account from my laptop. Then, this afternoon I went to work and tried to sign in from the computer, an error prompt came out. I got home around 6pm and turned on my laptop and was able to access my helium account again. So, maybe there must be something wrong with logging in. I don't know. Surprisingly, there are a lot of myLotters who are also writers on Helium. (I was hoping your discussion will gain more responses) I hope you can log in soon. Zorlone PS maybe since today was the deadline of submissions or the cut off time to count all of the earnings too (so i was told) not really sure.

Same problem here today. Maybe the site is down for some reason. I usually go on there every day too. Lets hope it will be back up later today.
