Yes indeed there have been sad stories of losing jobs and finding it hard to make both ends meet because of the present financial crisis, but so thankful I am to God that He still keeps me secured in His love. The global crisis surely has some effect on anyone but no matter what. I still feel blessed becuase I could feel how God has been providing for all my needs and even my wants from day to day. How about you do feel you are still blessed despite the global crisis?

Yes, of course. Just being able to wake up each morning is a blessing to me. It means that i could still have time to spend with my loved ones. Time to fulfill my dreams. Chance to make up for my mistakes. Chance to show my loved ones how i really care for them and a chance to feel their love as well. Being able to survive each day despite all these crisis we encounter is a blessing from God. I am thankful, that He keeps me and my family in the shelter of His Love. Wish you all the good blessings, my friend.

Yes my friend that is a daily blessing many people tend to ignore. As we wake up for another day it's nice to thank God for it. God bless!

That is really true in my case too. I am still able to eat 3x a meal and could afford the lifestyle I am in right now. Although I could feel the pinch of the crisis I somehow could still stay afloat despite all. I think its really God's way of telling me I can survive this crisis for now.

In these trying times that is the only one thing that could help us think of our sanity. Thinking positively will make those negative things happening from leaving us alone. Plus adding to the fact that being close to HIM does help a lot too.

Eating 3 meals a day when other do content themselves with just one or sometimes even none is a great reason to feel blessed. I am happy my friend about your positive attitude. We all must be positive thinker and see what blessings God have been bestowing upon us in the midst of whatever crisis.

I am truly blessed my friend in spite of the crisis. We don't have plenty but we have enough for our needs. If we are God's children, there's no place for worry because He will always provide. Many people are complaining about many things they don't realize that by doing so, it will just make things worst. This is an indication that they have no faith to the all provider of things. Here in US many people lost jobs, but they are not as pity compared to others in other country like ours there.. because the government will support them if they will ask help. I don't think there is anybody starving here even if they have no job, they are still fine..though they still complain and complain... hahahaha...Man has no satisfaction.

Yes that is the advantage of God's children. We know we have a God who will always provide. Our God is bigger than all the problem in this world so we need not worry. Those complainers are really making their problems bigger indeed! So sad for them! But so glad for us as we are always happy under the wings of our faithful God.

I think we are blessed no matter what happens. Man's disobedience left the earth without divine rulership and all we are going through just shows what bhappens when man rules the world. Try as we may, we can't make it on our own. That's why Jesus taught us to pray for God's kingdom to come and for His will to be also done on the earth. The trials and difficulties are temporary. There are better things on the way. This present economic crisis will make it dificult for most of us. Here, where I live, the agency that was taking care of our provincial pensions, just reported that they lost close to 40 billion dollars because of risky investments. Who knows what this will mean for pensioners? Very difficult times are ahead. I think so far we only have seen the tip of the iceberg. More is certain to come.

Oh that will certainly affect the pensioners! I hope this company could cope! Yes indeed I believe more is to come but I thank God for his promises are more than enough for me to be undisturbed. I am secured in his loving arms.

We are in for a rough ride. As you know the Scriptures predicted that things would go from bad to worse. But for those who put their trust in God, they will somehow be taken care of. That doesn't mean it's going to easy. It just means that we are not alone dealing with the problems. Somehow things will work out. We pray, seek God's direction and then do all that is in our power. Where we can't do anymore, we leave in God's hands. He will not disappoint us. These are the last days (2 Timothy 3), so they will soon end. Next: 2 Peter 3:13 (Contemporary English Version) 13But God has promised us a new heaven and a new earth, where justice will rule. We are really looking forward to that!

Yes. The Lord's Prayer says "Give us THIS day, our daily bread", not tomorrow, or next week, THIS day. And I am alive, my family is alive, we still have a roof over our heads, food on our table, clothes on our backs and our car runs so my husband can get to work. We are blessed. And even if we didn't have those things, if we still had each other we would be blessed :)

you know, because of the hard time, i have lost my house. but i still consider my self very blessed. it could be so much worse. i am living with family right now. but if it wasn't for them, i could be out on the streets. with no where to go. i have five kids and my inlaws were graticus enough to take us all in. they didn't have to do that. i was watching oprah yesterday and it was talking about all the homeless people. a lot of them are living in tents in calafornia because all the shelters are full. i am so thank ful that my children and i are not having to go through that. we live in michigan and the winters are cold. we would never be able to make it living in a tent.

I don't think that is bragging my dear. It is just sharing how blissful your life is. I love hearing stories like that as it inspires me, on the other hand, hearing sad circumstance of people could be in a way depressing but more of a reason to thank God too because I am in a better situation. I'm happy for the good and stable job your husband has. And still is getting a raise! How blessed could you really be! All the more a healthy family is more than money could buy. You are indeed blessed my dear! I think God is good all the time even if other people are seem to be having difficulties, they just have to look at the positive side and soon enough they'd feel blessed too.

Yes I still feel blessed because I am still living in this crucial situation of the globe. The world is facing financial crisis where purchasing power is decreasing. Despite being a student at university, I can see life as being hard but trying to cope and not to make unnecessary expenses. Life is a challenge and this crisis is the challenge itself, we must face it

Hi salonga. How have you been this past few weeks? In response to your discussion, I feel fairly blessed eventhough there is global crisis happening around us.I still have my job, we still have over time pays, meal allowances. We will get an increase this coming April. So career wise, Im still doing fine and I am so thankful about that. Personally , I also feel blessed. Im healthy as a horse, the people I love are also healthy and doing well.Thought trails may sometime come and go, I still survive and I become a better person everytime I do so. Anyways, Im into a new site right now. the site is called mypage5 (www.mypage5.com) It pays 15cents per every video uploaded to the site. Its a social network, just like friendster, you also get paid for doing comments there and per page visits your profile gets. But you get paid mostly by posting videos there. The minimum payout is 50$.Im almost at 10$ mark today. The thing s since Im new at this site,I dont know if its legitimate or if it really pays.Im just trying hard to reach minimum payout and see if its not a scam or not.If your interested, you can check it out.I will tell you if I reached the payout and got payment there. Anyways, have a nice day and see you around.

So happy to hear that you seem to have all the reasons to feel blessed. Yes dear what you've enumerated are more than enough reasons to feel blessed. And great that you find another site again. You are so resourceful! Ha!has!ha! If that one turns out to be legitimate, please don't forget to PM me so I could join or even post here your first payout. My best wishes for you in that new site. Apart from mylot, I also have reviewstream but could not really send reviews as much as I want because of limited time. However, just yesterday after 2 months of off and on reviewing, I already reached and even exceeded the $50 payout! Ha!ha!ha! So I requested for payment to know if this is really legitimate. So glad that after one day of request, the money gets credited to my Paypal account.Imagine that, now I have extra money for my shopping. Is it not another blessing to make me really happy about? Have a nice day!

But since the site is proven to be legitimate, I will go back into writing there. I really hope this new site i found is legitimate. I will let you know if this one is legitimate or not. More money for us in our online activities.

The mere fact that we have a God is more than enough reason to rejoice. What if we don't have a faithful God such as Him? How miserable our life could have been. Yes my dear. prayer is a powerful tool so do go on with your daily prayer to sustain and remain blessed despite the crisis.

I would say that I am hugely blessed. If that is even correct English. None of my family has experienced any difficulties and I thank God each and everyday that I still have a job and that we are not facing the difficulties that others are facing. In this time having a job is a great privlegage. It really makes me want to vomit to think about what is going on.

Hugely blessed for me is not at all incorrect and to me still good English my dear. Your blessings could be really huge and hence it is very appropriate to say so however ungrammatical some may find it.You still have a job and that is a great thing to thank about.

Yes I feel very much blessed despite the global crisis. Thank God that I have a job to sustain our family needs. Although almost all the prices are going high, my earnings still meet our daily needs. I am hoping that this crisis will soon be solved. It's really difficult to face this kind of situation. As what I have always seen in TV news, lots of companies are closing already not only in our country but also abroad. I am not losing hope. I am very thankful to our God for all the blessings we are receiving everyday.
