hello everyone here Ji, I have a question to all here, whay Jaya bachan made such statement, after Slumdog Millionarie was choosen for 8 Oscars Award-2009. What is reflects. is it because She or any of her family members did not raech to taht red-carpet at Kodak Theatre. I think She ows and explanation to all movie Lovers, is it because She has no Vision to see. Please do share your views frankly. May god bless you and have graet time.

0havent seen the movie , but the way I understood it was about India. Isnt this not true. I dont know who she is but looks from what you have wrote that she does indeed need to explain her words.

Well, I have seen SLUMDOG MILLIONARE and it is an Indian movie, otherwise what could it be? The actors are Indian, the characters they play areIndianand the movie was shot in India! What more Indian could we ask for? Although, it does get me thinking, now that you mentioned it, If SLUMDOG LILLIONARE is an Indian movie, why was it given an ward at the Kodak Theatre (where awards are given to Hollywood movies) instead of in India?

I think all Indians should be proud of this movie as it has placed India on the world map, All media reported about the success of Slumdog Millionarie after being chosen to receive the oscars award 2009, Ms Jaya Bachan spoke on her personal capacity and does not represent the majority voice.

Hello my friend zandi458 Ji, So nice of you for encouraging our efforts. Your comments about jay's out-burst are also notable. She is not a common voice. So let's neglect her. may God bless you and have graet time.
