The Joy Of Fighting Out In Legal Litigations

IN MY OPINION ~ if my opponent(plaintiff) apprehended me(defendant) with litigation, things will be much easier for me to sort and solve. As law goes by the book, proof and evident; now the points are; my part is to disproof it and vindicate myself from all of the untrue clauses stated in the mentioning. That is about the basic principle of law and lawsuit. THE LAW APPLICATION: Law is the structure of governing words and the definition of word gazetted by an authentic body of certified justice, followed up by unified enforcement accordingly to the meaning of specific word. So, its application totally depends on the enforcement tasks. JUSTIFICATION AND SATISFACTION: In law world, justification is not necessarily satisfaction. For those parties sentenced with guilty, will never satiated with the implemented law. While, for discharged or winner will be in a great joy and at high level of satisfaction. That is why the "lawyer" exist in the form of advocate and solicitor, they act as a mediator to read the meaning of those gazetted words and negotiate with the enforcement. DISCERNING THE LAW AND BENEFIT: Actually, in any lawsuit and things related to it, we can learn how to get the meaning of every word in this world, the sources of it. Perfect saying, the "definition" of each gazetted word in law world. What is the benefit in our true life?. It teach us how to use one specific word with its own definition perfectly on the nail relevant to our life event. An example; if we want money~ we must say it with its amount figure, valid unit, method of statement in begetting(cash/check/etc.), location and time.

Did you ever had to fight one? It is bad enough to have to deal with one own mistakes... without having to fight against people who want to destroy you because they don't like you. There would be a great relief after winning a court case against a false litigation. But there would be no joy at all in having to fight such a litigation. Only a lot of stress. Many people would have health problems from that stress. Some would even have an heart attack.

I have learned that a good lawyer that believes in what he is doing is worth his or her weight in gold! It's true that false litigation should not be ignored--your good name is all you really have to pass onto your children, it's your currency in life and something to be protected for the sake of everyone in your family.
