Compromises

Compromise is another name of life because everybody makes compromises big or small it depends you know. I don't have to elaborate on this, just look around people's life and you'll understand what I mean. How big or a small compromise you make depends on social circumstances you are in. If you don't bother about money (either you are very rich or money is not your priority in life), you may not make big compromises say on ethics. But if you need lot of money, then you know very well what people do!

It depends on the compromise. Most things don't really matter all that much. Where to go to eat, what movie to see etc. But even those things one person shouldn't alway be the one to have to "compromise" and defer to another. Your morals, values, judgment, those things shouldn't be compromised.

I don't mind most compromises. I really disliked them because I felt I never got what I wanted. Then I read something that changed my whole attitude towards compromising. What I read was the statement that compromising is not losing but everyone wins, at least part of what they want. Now I know I am winning.
