being an emotional eater is one thing that urges me to cook....oh well for me if the ingredients met...plus the fire....and everything softens well its already cook....(LOL) funny but true.....if you like eating then you should love cooking...its very easy.....and yet some people finds it very hard to do...like me at first..and ohhhh!! 1 thing...i dont know how to calculate how much seasoning to put on it...at first its really really hard.....i remember ....i was with my cousins in the Phil and then all the foods were ready and soo inviting but yet at the dinner table they were all asking who cooks everything and when they knew it was "me" My God!!! they all turn back on there way and left me alone in the table...but yet this doesnt affect me...i still sit and enjoy everything i cook....there reaction is really a challenge to me....but a positive thing!!! but you know what???? its not to boast but now....i am a little proud....ohhhh!! im gonna omit the little...i am really proud for i now can cook as good as a chef....(lol) with my litte secret ingredient....its "LOVE" funny right??? but its true and it is effective to make your food palatable....cook with love...and later you knew it will really make a difference....

You are right, everything has to come together to make it happens. I love to cook too but I am not as good as a chief yet. I can cook really good that make everyone love it. I always search for different ingredients to make different food to cook... I also wrote my own cook book, but it is just for my family not for sale.... The thing I love the most is my secret family ingredients, it always my food good most of all the times.

I'm just confused. Why do they turn back their way and leave you in the table if you're such a good cook? It's somehow puzzling, I'm looking at it as in insult. Anyhow, as for your problem with measurements, there are a great deal of measuring cups and teaspoons and there are many great cook books for you to follow. I'm not an emotional eater, but I do love cooking. I like the way people look when they come to me and tell me that what I cooked was great. I even have signature recipes that they really crave because I only cook them once a year. And to this date, they're still looking for it each time. It's a nice feeling.
