How to live a healthy life and live long for 100 years ?

It is well known that our genetic make up influences our life span but modified behavioral factors such as diet and exercise could increase our longevity.So to live a healthy long life we have to abide by some rules.(i)We must not smoke and drink since these are the most detrimental factors to longevity.(ii)Avoid diabetes by controlling its risk factors such as body weight.(iii)Avoid obesity.(iv)control blood pressure.(v)Avoid sedentary life which means exercising daily,People in the urban areas do not get scope to do exercise.So there is much that we can do in our lifestyle to live long and healthy lives.thanx.

living to 100 is a big dream and its quite difficult to do, i mean be realistic 70-80 is pushing it, but if you want to live long make sure you exercise eat right, and dont be too stressed out but even all that wont guarantee living a long time, after all you can die anytime from unnatural causes.
