I am a huge fan of Ellen Degeneres, and watching her show the other day I saw a new singer from the UK that I had never heard of before. Her name is Lily Allen, and I absolutely loved the song that she sang on the show (The Fear). So of course I immediatley Googled her, and found her CD online to order. I love her songs!! Has anyone else heard of her?

Im from the UK so i know more of her. She did have an older album, her first album, came out a few years back. She has made a great come back to make her second album which i like her songs alot aswell.

I'm really glad she started promoting in the US. She is going to have a whole new fan base now.

You may have heard one of her songs before and not realized it. Smile was really popular. I know she's performed it for a lot of shows. It might be hard to find but look around to see if you can find her performance from SNL a couple of years ago. She performed Smile and LDN, both from her first album. I don't have either album but I'm really liking what I hear on the second one more than the first.
