Thick pizza crust is delicious. it is soft and doughy and enhances the melted quality of the cheese on the body of the pizza. The outer crust is best when there is a crispy, buttery layer over the soft, fresh baked inside. it is overall more psychologically satisfying than thin crust, which has none of these qualities and instead adopts the often cold consistency of a cardboard box.

Hi.
Well, when buying frozen pizza I use to but the think crust or the rising crust, but now it seems I like the thin crust better...so i only but thin crust pizza.
As far as going out to eat pizza. it doesn't matter to me....but i do think the pizza crust is the best part of the whole pizza. Am I weird? lol

I like the thick pan better because it is soft, chewy and yummy as you can appreciate the thick crust goes along well with the pizza toppings.
I don't have an issue about getting low or high carb, as long as it is pizza, i like it a lot just like ice cream or cake and other foods i like to eat.
I do not like how some pizza parlors do thin crust, some prepared it burned, some is not crispy but still chewy so i guess i would still prefer to chose the thick pan pizza than the thin one.

I enjoy eating both - the thick crust, if it's filled with melted, gooey cheese. The thin crust is just as nice, especially if it's crispy.
