Any one know how to write a Grant?

I don't mean from Grants tomb either. I have found out because of the nature of one of my books and how it will affect the current world situation, I can apply for a Grant from our US Government. As matter of a fact because it deals with a huge humanitarian issue, several issues, America first because it will published in NYC. Sorry other countries, the money will come when the book is approved for your country. In my studies, there is very little on the net on how to really write a winning Grant proposal. This book is for humanity, world wide, so it is an important book and it needs to get out there. Yes it is my 1984. It is a huge project, it will also give the economy a shot in the arm, help with those who need it, and rebuild areas. I will be making no money off this book, nor will anyone who is involved with it from the cover designers to the musicians and proofers. So this Grant is important.
