The recent virus that my system was affected is win32.rontok .Because of this when i open the command promt my system gets restarted.I observed that my mcafee is not updated with recent dat file, then i updateed my mcafee with recent dat file 5514.dat .After updating lot viruses found and cleaned by deleation. My advise to every body is alway update the antivirous for cleanig the recent virouses. We also have to load the recent version of antivorous other wise it could not get the recent updates. It is useless by loading old versin antivirouse and updating it.The version i loaded is mecafee 8.5professioal.Always better to buy licenced version of antivirouses because they are ever ready to receive recent updates from the server.

Oh uhhm, This is a tough one, I get soo many of them. Let me start with my most favorite one I've had. Okay so stupidly enough I go onto a website I don't know anything about, download this file which I thought was a serial list and I got a killwin trojan. As the name suggests you can expect its fairly dangerous. I opened it and because my virus detector was off, the virus was executed. Every 10 minutes after that I was getting "Computer Shutting Down, You Have 5 Minutes To Save All Your Work" or something along those lines and every 10 minutes I spent on my computer I had to type in shutdown -a into run each time it popped up. It was a struggle to remove it, But I fixed the problem. THREW THE BLOODY THING INTO THE TRASH CAN and bought a new 4000 dollar computer :). I couldn't remove it so whats the point in keeping the computer?! Kurci- P.S. I was going to throw the computer away soon anyway so it wasn't a biggy, Plus I scrapped some of the parts from it :D.

The last virus i encountered was called pagefile.inf but luckily it was not so destructive and i got rid of it by some simple steps. Later I changed my antivirus software into ESET nod32, and since then my computer never got infected.

often, unfortunately, despite all the precautions taken by various anti-virus, in the web are always new viruses that our security can not recognize. The virus that I have encountered over trojans, often so harmful that they are often forced to format the drive C, because I am causing more than a general slowdown of the operating system, including problems with opening and closing of windows simple mal operations of the programs installed.
