Yes, sometime I have to skip my breakfast because of morning classes. Actually my college starts from 7:30 in the morning. And as I am not a very early riser, sometime I don't get enough time to have breakfast in the morning. But I think boiled eggs, bread, fruits etc can be good for breakfast.

Hello,Suzzy! The ideal breakfast is the meal that gears up for the day.It is essential to customize your breakfast to your needs.Keep it light like steamed sprouts or salad. You can make brown bread and salad and some fruits your daily dose.It is essential to rehydrate ourselves every morning with a glass of wateror fruit juice or a cup of green tea followed by a bowl of fruits. However I never eat breakfast.Instead I drink two cups of red tea and a glass of vegetable soup every morning. That is enough for me till lunch.thanx.

Yes, I admit I usually skip this meal, I'm just not hungry enough in the morning to eat breakfast, I don't get hungry till about noontime, then thats when I'll eat. This morning tho, I did make myself oatmeal and toast, for me thats a healthy breakfast.

I really don't like skipping breakfast as I just don't feel right if I do. You are right, there isn't much time in the mornings but then again it doesn't take that much time to pour a bowl of cereal, or to make a couple of slices of healthy, whole-grain toast to eat. I guess an ideal breakfast would involve some fruit, or fruit juice and maybe some yoghurt too. For people that don't have time on the weekdays to have a healthier breakfast, taking the time on the weekend to have a healthy start to the day is one option

I can't skip it or I get seriously nauseous. Cereal and milk, eggs and toast, they're all healthy. Now a pop tart by itself is not healthy, even if it is tasty!

i never skip breakfast even if i wake up late. unless of course, i have awakened at already around noon. there is no way that i can breakfast anymore in this case. i prefer to have fruits for my morning meal. the fibrous ones. this promotes better health. pomelo, apples, pears, oranges, mango, grapes, papaya, pineapple and watermelons are among my favorites. when i cannot lay my hands on some fruit, i will go for a sandwich and a glassful of all natural fruit juice. they say that having some veggie juice is also a healthy alternative. so far, i have not tried this very much. this requires more fuzzy preparations as compared to fruit juices. i have done this once and i have not done it again so far.

I think a fruit and yogurt breakfast is healthy. Cereal seems like it could be a pretty healthy breakfast also, as long as you stay away from the really sugary ones! I usually have either cereal, or sometimes I will make a fruit and yogurt smoothie. They are so good! Sometimes I will make a waffle for breakfast, but not too often, since I know it is not really the healthiest breakfast! I have to admit that I do sometimes skip breakfast if I am really in a hurry and don't have time to eat a real breakfast. I try to at least grab something small to bring with me and eat, but sometimes I end up just skipping it all together. I try not to do that very often, though.
