Easter Dinner

I know its kind of early. But what are you having for Easter Dinner?

Sometimes we have turkey, sometimes we have ham. I like to try and cook different things each year, because the same old fare can become boring. My mother in law usually likes to do the dinner, but it's predictable. Ham, potatoes, vegetable and a salad.

Thank you for your response. I think that I am going ot have cornish hens. This way everyone gets their own chicken. Cornish Hen, potatoe, veggie, salad...apple pie for desert. Sounds like a great dinner. Happy MyLotting

I can't decide right now. I think I want a Whole chicken and I will bake it I think. Happy Easter!
