Hi Abhi! I am also from India and encountered the same problem. After experiencing the same problem for few days, I mailed to help@helium.com to know more about the problem, and got a mail from them that they have stopped accepting non-US members from helium.com. The help guy does not know anything about another version of website for other countries. Now, I don't know about our future in Helium, as I was very active in Helium and in the 2 months I joined Helium, I had already earned $125. I really miss Helium and hope they open it to non-US members soon. Happy mylotting!!!

Hi all: I'm from India and the same problem here. Funny thing is, I had just submitted an article around 2 hours before, and then when I tried to log in again, I get that same message. I haven't got a convincing reply from help@helium.com so far. I'm supposed to get around $120 from Helium. Hope they pay up.

No according to my Filipina friend, the Philippines is NOT totally blocked. I am sure that you can try another isp to check if indeed Helium - as you claim - is blocking you.

Currently Indian writers and Phillipines writers are unable to log into the site as they are making some changes to it. So far, I have not heard of other countries being affected.

Yeah, they have blocked non-US writers. The reason is unknown and they were supposed to launched special edition of their website for some foreign countries like India, Spain. However, that plan also has been postponed right now. It seems they have cheated a lot of writers and will continue to earn revenue from the post of foreign writers.
