please enlighten me..I have tried many ways on how to lose weight but it seems that It's not working..what do you think is wrong with me? what is the most effective way to lose weight?

The most effective way to lose weight is to improve your diet and exercise habits. If you change your habits, then you are more likely to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep the weight off. I go on SparkPeople.com and keep track of what I'm eating and how much I am exercising to keep myself in check. If you track your calories for a few days, you may find that you are eating twice as many as you should be which is what I was doing.

I think eating low fat foods and excercise helps you lose weight. Also keeping a food diary helps you think about the kinds of food you eat and how much you eat and this could help you eat less or eat healthier food.

Losing weight is my dream~ I want to lose weight , but I cannot stop eating. I love every delicious food.When I see the delicious food,I will got out of control. oh,my God.~

Based on experience, proper diet - that is avoiding fatty and salty foods, exercise, and stress management made me lose weight. My diet is more on fruits, fish and vegetables, i avoid too much pork and beef, i go and stick with lean meat like chicken ( just dont eat chicken skin). My exercise is mix of all cardio exercises, i dont do much on weight training or body toning before, but i am working on that now. I do cardio like brisk walking in the park, jogging and jumping rope. When i get bored, i will just play belly dancing and hip hop abs video. Stress management - yes identify what makes you eat more, sometimes its because of stress, or other medical condition like thyroid related diseases. Smile and do things step by step. Start with a good diet, and you can begin with exercise at least 30 minutes a day. You can see the good effect in a week if you tried it. But if not, try to consult your doctor about this. I hope you dont have thyroid related disease. Be healthy my friend. happy mylotting!

Best way is the consuming balance diet not eating more than what is required. And phyical exersice is must try jogging every day for 1 hour and try to do power yoga as it makes you slim as well as make your body flexible. But please consult a proffesional on medical matter.
