I've tried everything and nothing works. I finally read somewhere that getting enough sleep is key to losing weight so I need to try that too.

I rejoined weight watchers about 6 weeks ago and have lost over 13 pounds. I have not been hungry and feel like I am eating all of the time. I feel much better than I have recently. I don't get much sleep...6 hours is a great night...5 is normal. I need to start exercising more I am sure that this would help. If you stick to weight watchers..it will work.

I tried WW a number of years ago. They definitely have a unique (and evidently successful) marketing strategy - they change the plan at least once a year - making you wonder if they have researched the plan completely and feel it is a good plan, then why do they change it so often?

Weight watchers worked for me too! I lost 20 pounds and it was very easy. I just followed the plan, went to all the meetings and made sure to stay for the meetings~ not just going to weigh in. The support you get is awesome! Just remember that the weight doesn't just come off overnight. It takes time. You have to write down and track your meals. This helps you stay on track and not end up overeating. They also have great online support with recipes. It is all around a great program.

You asked if Weight Watchers works. The answer is yes. I lost 50 pound doing Weight Watchers. It took a long time and I had to work hard to get the weight off. The finaly answer was to do exercise with the diet. You have to stick with it or you will gain the weight back. I sure did. Good Luck!
