Sunday is the day for me to enjoy going to restaurants for lunch. My choice is a place where they serve buffet with a big variety of delicious items, appetizers to desserts. I could then take all the items I like. How about you ? Do you prefer buffet or a la carte ?

Hi, what does an a la carte look like? I like the buffet, I love when I can eat all that I can eat. I just wished that they would give out doggy bags. I want to take some food with me home as leftovers. Sometimes, I can't even eat all of the pizza that is left on my plate. I love CiCi's pizza!

I love a good buffet with lots of choices..There was a time when I didnt because I would eat too much and feel awful afterwards..I also used to think about kids grabbing with their dirty little hands and what if someone sneezed and didnt cover up? Sometimes when I think of that, I will pass up a buffet..but otherwise, I do enjoy them

I love a good buffet too! My favorite one in the area is at a Japanese restaurant, and their lunch buffet is just super. I like having all the different varieties to try. I like the self-serve aspect of it too, because you can take just a little to try, or a lot of one thing or another. Usually I don't make it to the desserts lol. We used to have another restaurant that offerred this too, but they (sadly) went out of business because of it's location.

Buffet, because then I don't have to be on the spot when picking (I hate when I'm at restaurants with other people because I'm always the last one to choose - Can I help it if everything sounds good?)

It depends on my appetite and budget. Hotels here in the place I live in has a variety of food for buffet. But the costs vary from 4 USD to 50 USD. I love buffet if they serve a lot of fruits as I need to watch out for my weight. If someone is treating me out, I go to the Shang-rila or Marco Polo or Mariott. They have great food. Good day!

I really do like the buffet. I know people say that buffets are more susceptible to bacteria because of how many people go past all the food, but most places have "sneeze guards" anyway. And if germs were that bad, no one would eat from a buffet in the first place. But I love buffets. I prefer those kind of restaurants probably more than any other.

i tend to favour buffet. this is because i can eat without feeling the heat of it in my pocket. though it isn't good for my diet, but at times when i'm fellowshiping with my friends, we tend to sit for loooong hours.

If the restaurant is serving real delicious foods and I am hungry, I would definitely go with buffet! But if I feel like the buffet is not worth my money, I would choose to eat a la carte style instead! Makes sense? hehe!

I love buffets - I get to try everything at least once; and then go for seconds (thirds or more) for those items I like.

I usually prefer buffet, because that gives me the chance to eat many different kinds of food, and it gives me the chance to eat dishes that I don't know. I usually eat a little bit of everything, because it is so hard to choose when there are so many interesting and delicious dishes There are no restaurants in my village, but there is a very good Indian restaurant in a nearby town, and I just love their buffet. There are always lots of delicious and spicy dishes to choose between and I really like spicy food.

Buffets are great, except for one thing, I usually eat entirely too much food when I go. Nowadays, you can get some really good selections of food. My friends like to go on seafood nights, when crab legs are available. I'm not a big seafood eater, but their are plenty of selections for me to choose from as well. When we go on vacation, I always like to go to buffets. It's really the easiest way tom please the whole family, and everyone gets their fill.

no matter what that is, if it is buffet or a la carte as long as it is food that is affordable and plenty. har har har. i love food and as much as possible it is cool to eat on restaurant who has this kind of offer. my wife does not like eating too much every dinner so we usually go out to eat out lunch than dinner. when we are still out until dinner time she only eats salad.

Buffet or al acarte? Hmm. I am thinking it would depend. Probably the buffet because then I could have the salad and antre and dessert. There are usually aot of options and I do enjoy that. I went to a place in Nevada once that was a huge buffet. Salad buffet all by itself and very big with alot of options. Then the antres were outstanding. All the way to prime rib as I recall. The dessert table was obnoxious. All kinds of pastries and puddings and mouses. And fruits and vegetables too. It was delicious.

Thats easy for me, Buffet. I can be a picky eater at times, and nearly any buffet style restaurant you go to has anything and everythign to choose from, even the pickiest people..lol. Tho i do tend to wonder why buffets cost more when we are doing all the work..lol

I would prefer a buffet. I love a variety of food. I love trying out everything. I remember last time I was on the Cruise, I chose buffet over any restaurant.

i prefer buffet because i control the serving size and i get to see my choices before i put them on my plate. one disadvantage though is, buffet are prepared easier than a la carte, a la carte menus are more artistic, better tasting and usually the specialties of restaurants

I only like a buffet if it is at an Asian restaurant. The buffet at my favorite Indian Restaurant is very good we go there often on Sundays. There is another place I go to that isn't my favorite but it has sushi and some of my friends like to go there because they have other kinds of cooked food. The best Japanese butffet was a Katrina casualty so now I just order a la carte. We have one sushi place though that has a drive-through and I love the convenience.
