Yes you are right, there has not been any interesting debates for some time in mylot. At the same time, one has to agree that not interesting or controversial discussions were posted in the religious forum. I hope will start a discussion after reading this.

Nothing like a .50 cal. round traveling faster than sound to a target 5000 yards away, they never even hear the shot, they are on the ground before their right hand hears the shot, by then you and your sighter have already found another dark place to hide.... Round two!
Although in my day it was the M40A1 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Win) five round Mag. It was hard though to push a clean shoot at 1000 yards, but some were able to reach out further with it. Realy would like to get my hands on a Sig Sauer SG 550.

I am with you FTA! I too miss some of those discussions where one could learn quite a lot. Hope they come back with some ideas, after may be taking that break as Anora says.

Perhaps they are all just busy with real life away from the computer? I know my schedule is extremely busy, and my husband's schedule is even more busy than my own. I'm currently working on my master thesis, and raising a family. I also am still learning how Mylot works. It was very frustrating at first to spend so much time writing up responses only to see them disappear because Mylot deemed the thread "whatever". I've tried to go back and look for the more in-depth discussions, but you really have to look and sometimes I just don't have all that much time to dig back 20 pages to find something.

I'm working on a thesis in special education called "The effects of the graphic novel on the literacy comprehension skills of the Learning Disabled student". It's been really fascinating so far. I'm in the very early stages of research, but there was already a qualitative research project some years ago in conjunction with Dark Horse Comics. I'm definately excited about it. Anora
