My answer is I don't know about my house as nobody near me has been kicked out of their home.

It has just went down because of the economy. It is sad when our house is not worth as much as we owe.

No my home went down in value because of the whole economy picture. We now owe more on our home then it is worth. In fact we owe twice as to what the home is valued at today. I hear we may be able to refinance at the lower rate of interest or get some of the bail out money from the government.
