I was sitting in a long line the other day when they were working on the road and we were stopped for at least a good 30 minutes. Cars kept passing from the other side, but we just sat there. Finally the guy in the front of our line must have realized something was amiss and he pulls into the other lane and our cars started to pass. There sitting on the side of the road was the flag man literally sound to sleep. Tax dollars at work huh???
