Is Lana every going away or hs she cemented a permanent position in Clark's life

OK just when you think Lana is gone she comes back. She has powers and she total gets all aspect of Clarks life. I think Lana is the one who will become evil at some point. Her connection to Lex is not over. I'd really like to see Clark move on and take a stab at a relationship with Lois. Hoever I feel that can;t work out longterm either due to Clark bigger mission saving the world. He needs his mom back in the picture now and then.

Now that Lana's nano-suit has absorbed the krytonite and Clark can't come close to her, she will stay away. I'm not saying that there may not be a guest appearance in the future, but I think even that will not happen. Lana is probably gone for good this time. I will really miss Kristin Kreuk since she has been my favorite on the show.
