For the past two weeks, when ever I try to open my firebox after the sysetm is restarted or switched on it is taking too much of time to get loaded. It takes usually 2 to 3 minutes or even more some time.Even after this much of time, it is not getting opened on the entire screen and it will open like a stamp on the top left corner of my screen and only after the several attempt it will be maximized .Some time I am getting only a white screen .What may be the reason?

Firefox and most window application often remember their last size when it was closed. Sometimes this is cause too by premature exit but very rare. What you should do about this is when you open firefox again resize it to your liking and then exit at once. When you open it up, you'll see its the last one you set.

Even if I close the browser window when it was in maximized condition, it is opening on the top left of my monitor for about a length of one inch and the height of one centimeter only. I uninstalled and reinstalled the browser also twice. But after few hours, the same thing is repeating.Every time I have to maximize the window for the first time when I open the browser window. There may be some problems with the system and it seems this is the cause for that. Thanks for your response and interest shown to resolve this issue.

I deleted temp files ,cookies everything. But still it is like that only. The best action is re installation only as you told. Thanks for your suggestion.
