My wheelchair battery charger, my meds... those are the two most important. Followed by my debit card... everything else I can buy when I get to where I'm going.

i ussualy make the luggage to travel in a day, so the first things to carry with me are toothbrush, cloths, jeans, sport shoes. i also take with me some cream, some pills for different pains. my husband doesn't forget to take with him some ciggars, a light and a shaving cream.

I attempt to travel lightly but that is challenging for me. In my money belt I have money used in my home country, my passport, foreign currency, my tickets and details of my travel insurance. In the bottom of my backpack I take relevant clothing like my swimming costume. I have to be careful with the rules regarding liquids on planes. I take my contact lenses, a small mirror, my deodorant, a comb, my toothbrush, a tube of tooth paste and some travel tissues. I take my travel wash line, travel wash liquid and my travel towel. I have a bag with light weight snacks in it like rice cakes, fruit bars and packets of nuts. I take my camping plate, cup and cutlery. Sometimes I need to take my snorkeling mask. Out of all of those things the most important is my packet of contact lenses.

Hmm. I think I'm always careful to bring sunscreen and aftersun lotion and also a mini medical kit so I have all the salves and painkillers and bug bite products I need. There's usually always somewhere that will sell you the essentials though, unless you're on safari somewhere!
