Do you skip your breakfast ??

Do you know,Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, burning calories from the get-go and giving you energy to do more during the day.I never skip breakfast.In the morning every day i go to gym for my work out, then after half an hour after finishing my work out i eat my breakfast. People who skip breakfast often feel so hungry that they eat more later on. So they get more calories than they would have if they ate breakfast. In fact, people who skip breakfast tend to have higher BMIs than people who eat breakfast.So what about you??

I try not to skip my breakfast. If I don't have time to spare for breakfast then I atleast have a few biscuits. We are supposed to have heavy breafast as it is the first meal. Rest of the meals i.e.lunch and dinner is supposed to be lighter. The problem is lack of time does not allow me to follow this even though I know the importance of having heavy breakfast. There are many days when I do skip breakfast but now I am going to strictly follow a healthy diet.

I don't skip breakfast. I was "trained" to eat breakfast. Even when I was in grade school/high school, my mom would wake me up really early so I will always have time to eat breakfast before leaving. And you're right about people who skip breakfast - they tend to eat more during the day. On the other hand, people who eat heavy breakfast don't feel so hungry and tend to eat less :) Thanks for the response on my discussion!

It is very rare for me to eat breakfast. I can't usually stomach anything until about 10am. I'm up early for work and usually grab lunch as and when. Often this tends to be between 12-4pm, varies due to work situation. BUT i then make sure i have a nice big home-cooked meal in the evening. Works for me :)
