With thousands of site on the web, most of them to join require you to enter some sort of password. But how do you remember them all? Do you use the same one for all? Is this a safe process? I do tend to use the same one. It just makes it easier for me to remember. I do realize if hacked, it would be easier to get into all my stuff though. HMmmmmmmm...maybe I should rethink my own quesion!

If you want to have complicated passwords, you can download "Roboform" for free. There is a "master password" which you should write down and keep in a safe place. Other than that, it will generate passwords for you and "remember" them when you need to input them. It's a great tool.

Yes I agree it is a great tool I actually have it myself for filling out all the sign up forms for sites. I usually try to make my password as strong and complicated as I can and yes roboform is good for remembering them. So I agree with you on that 100%

I confess that I use the same password most of the time..I did have that roboform at one time too. Problem was I had to reformat and lost everything. Is there a way to recover that I was not aware of? I just figured that I had lost all my info.
