Let the angry be angry?

A friend and I recently had some issues and I was curious what the myLot-ers thought on this situation. If someone is angry, and they appear to want to stay that way... should you let them or try to relax the situation? My friend claims he does not want to be angry but also does not know what he wants. It's like sometimes you just want to cry. Should I just let him be angry?

Let it be. We can't really control them at that time when someone is really angry. If he just about to get angry, then we still have chance to cool him down, else it is hard. Talk to him after that and most of the time he will listen.

Yeah, I guess I have to just wait for him to call me.

Well, if you couldn't soothe his anger at all, just let him be. There is nothing you can done to change his temper. Let him be, let him release his anger. You have to stay away from that.

I just hope things go back to normal. I really hope he doesn't hold a grudge.
