I just recently started a blog at today.com (here is the link!) on living frugal. http://frugalista.today.com/ I have been living frugal for about 20 years; since before our daughters were born and I was a stay at home mom. (even before frugal living became cool and a necessity!) I am just sharing ideas and tips for people that want to learn how to save money :-) (don't we all!)

I appreciate the link, I'm trying to learn to be more frugal before my fiance and I get a place of our own, or are having to support more then just us!

Good blog! I went to a consignment shop the other day and their prices were higher than walmart!! That was the first one I had ever been too with such high prices, but it is possible so you still want to do your research when buying an item. Try to think if you can get it cheaper some where else. I have heard of the hulu before. But my internet is through my cable so could I still cut cable and still have internet? I never watch tv, I just got cable to get internet, I hate dial up! Plus if I would have gotten dial up then I would have to pay for a phone line that I didn't need plus the internet. Even though I am doing that with cable too.

Thanks for your sharing the tips. The current crisis has persuaded the younsters start thinking of frugality, instead of ignoring what we used to do in an indifferent way. A penny saved is a penny earned. Saving is ABC of wealth building. We have much room to best utilize our potential to be away from debt. Take a green diet, enjoy blue sky by walking, dry clothing under sun, borrow free from library, going to nearby scenic spots for wkend, etc. are some of them to start with.
